AnyConnect server list options not working as expected

Hey guys,

I am trying to configure a few mandatory entries in the AnuConnect server list. it works initially, I can see the entry I want to see, but as soon as I connect to a few different VPNs, the required mandatory VPN gets missing from the list.

I tried modifying the following files and the same behavior repeats:

C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Cisco\Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client\preferences.xml

C:\ProgramData\Cisco\Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client\Profile\SBL.xml

C:\ProgramData\Cisco\Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client\Profile\defaultClientProfile.xml

Do you have any idea why it does not work as expected and how can I set it?

The AnyConnect client profiles are found here on Windows clients: C:\ProgramData\Cisco\Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client\Profile

The profile located in that dir is an xml file, and under the <HostEntry> tag section (at bottom) is where you would see the connection params/server to connect to/AC gui hostname entry.  These params are correlated to the following tags:

<HostName> = what user will see in AC gui dropdown
<HostAddress> = server to connect to
<UserGroup> = tunnel group
