On last years Cisco Live US it they said that AnyConnect support will come. But I assume that this was removed from the roadmap or at least was pushed to the back of the roadmap.

You could always terminate the Any Connect clients to an ISR router and then cycle that traffic through the Meraki. Not elegant but it could work with something like this.
