We have over 6,000 VPN users that are on the AnyConnect 4.6 version. We want to upgrade to 4.9 but are afraid that this will overwhelm our Helpdesk with users calling because the majority of them are using work equipment and do not have admin rights on their system. Does anyone know if AnyConnect is already installed on the workstation and we upgrade the version to 4.9 on the firewall then when the user connects will they need admin rights on their workstation for AnyConnect to upgrade the version?
