AnyConnect VPN authentication with certificates

I'm trying to setup my AnyConnect VPN with certificate based authentication. I have not found really any clear guides or instrustions on how to do so or where to even start. I have a microsoft CA server to use with this.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to get this started?

Also if you are using a chain of certificates then please install the certificates on ASA and configure Anyconnect with the help of previous links.
