AnyConnect VPN disconnects on Debian server when I ssh into it - Termination reason code 5: The user is logging off the system.

After a server restart now every time I ssh into the server the AnyConnect disconnects, this is a serious problem as it stops the access to important databases for the website that the server hosts. The syslog at var/log/syslog shows the following after I connect with ssh:

I have tried to find people with similar problems and the most similar thread i found ( https://community.cisco.com/t5/vpn/anyconnect-disconnects-on-redhat-when-creating-terminating-any/td-p/4044153) was someone that had an issue with AnyConnect disconnecting when they open a terminal window, giving the same Termination reason code, and the suggested solution was to configure in the AnyConnect profile, the "Retain VPN On Logoff" option. However I do not find a profile.xml file to edit the settings, the only thing that I can find on the "opt/cisco/anyconnect/profile"  directory is a AnyConnectProfile.xsd file. Plus, would this even work if the client of AnyConnect I make a connection to has a different setting?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
