Are AnyConnect packages required

In order for AnyConnect to connect properly, do you need to have the AnyConnect packages configured for client access (webvpn), or is it enough to have them in flash?

The image needs to be applied under webvpn for the anyconnect session to work.

Is it not enough with having them in flash only.

For example:

webvpn
 anyconnect image disk0:/anyconnect-win-3.1.06073-k9.pkg 1
