AS5300 problem

Dear Sirs,

I have such problem:

AS5300 at loading gives out the following message:

"8PRI/4T board slot 0: Firmware sent a HALT interrupt".

The Error Message Decoder Tool show:

Error Message

%MXT_FREEDM-1-HALT : 8PRI/4T board slot [dec]: Firmware sent a HALT interrupt.

Explanation:A double bus fault has occurred in the 8PRI/4T board firmware.

Recommended Action:Copy the error message exactly as it appears on the console or in the system log, contact your Cisco technical support representative, and provide the representative with the gathered information.

IOS file is c5300-is-mz.122-2.XB15.bin.

All ports E1 in a condition down.

In what there can be a problem?

How to restore serviceability of the device?

It may be due to the with this error, it was a case of a bad seating AS53-8CE1+ / AS53-8CT1+ card or the card problem. To confirm this, could you please set up a maintenance window, in which, you can remove the card from your router. Then try and reboot thr router. I am sure you will no longer see the error at that point.
