ASA Firewall 5512 Anyconnect vpn license

Dear Friends,

What is the minimum count to possible purchase anyconnect vpn license?

Because i want to increase license default 2 to 25. This is possible?

25 users is the minimum paid licensing tier. 

2 users (Apex / Premium type licenses) are included with all ASAs.
