I want to use Cisco ASA 5545-X as for RA VPN using Cisco VPN client. Do I still need to have AnyConnect VPN license for that or any other license required ?

Hello,

No, you don't need any additional license for this purpose. IPsec IKEv1 can be used without any additional licenses.

You need Anyconnect licenses, if you wish to use SSL VPN or IPsec IKEv2 for remote users.

But, please, pay an attention, Cisco VPN Client is not supported anymore:

So there might be problems to run the client under current OS versions on user's computers. For example, Win 8 is already not officially supported.
