To make Client to site VPN on the ASA5506 Firepower it need to add the FireSIGHT .?

I added only the Cisco AnyConnect® Plus - Licenses need any thing else ?

The AnyConnect Plus license will suffice to enable configuration and use of remote access SSL VPN (not clientless but AnyConnect client-based).

According the datasheet the Cisco AnyConnect® Plus need any connect software on the pc to work .

Part of the configuration of a remote access SSL VPN is to stage the AnyConnect image for web deployment from the ASA.

If you have the license and have associated your cisco.com userid properly then you are eligible to download the pkg files from cisco.com and put them on your ASA to web deploy to the clients.
