We are trying to finally get rid of a couple old 3060 concentrators and would like to see how many active connections are still on. Is there any reporting that can be seen from the concentrators? Thanks

Yes, you can check the active connections, not historical active connection on the concentrator.
To check for the currently active connections:
Monitoring --> Sessions

Thanks, is there a way to clear the counters? As I transition, I would like to clear the connection counters and see how many continue to connect. Thanks

Those sessions are the currently "active" session. They are not historical data, so when you see the session in the session page, that means they are currently active.
The top section is all the "active" session summary, and the next few sections below are individual VPN type (eg: LAN-to-LAN, Remote Access, etc).
You can also opt to log them off, and see if they reconnect again to ensure whether they are active or not by going to:
Administration --> Administer Sessions
After logging them off, then check the page again frequently to see if anyone is connected.
Hope that helps.
