Bandwidth consumption for VPN client

I use cisco VPN client for connecting Remote servers.I wanted to know the bandwidth consumption while working in VPN.

I have 1 Mbps bandwidth and being used for 20 system alone. In my scenario, how do i guesss and plan for bandwidth requirement for theses users.
