I have upgraded my new VPN router c1721 from 12.3(1) to 12.3(5a). I have deleted the old IOS and squeezed the flash. There still have been the other (sdm related) files within the flash. During the next reboot the router didn't find the IOS to boot and turned into the ROM monitor. I've set the BOOT file to the new IOS name. From the next reboot on the router is continuously booting. It's complaining that it can't find "flash:sdmconfig-1710-1721.cfg" and "c1700-k9o3sy7-mz.123-5a.bin", but that file should still exist in the flash. The router does NOT recognize CTRL-Break anymore. So I'm lost now. What can I do ? Any help would be appreciated.
