Can't map a drive using VPN client

Using client 3.5.2. I am behind FW. I can connect to the remote VPN, can ping the machine by IP and name once connected. I CANNOT map the drive I want access to. What is the problem? HELP!!!!

Do you use NETBIOS name or IP address when mapping the drive ? If you can not mapping using NETBIOS name, try using IP address. If it success , than the problem may be caused by a NETBIOS name resolution issue. Regards,

Thanx so much for your response. HOWEVER, I cannot map the drive by its IP either. I'm stumped!

I had the same problem.

In my case, the solution was to enter my username and password when mapping the drive (click on "Connect using a different user name")
