cant install ssl client on 3005 concentrator

I have a working 3005 which I upgraded to 4.7.2p, and everything is working except I cannot upload/install the SSL client. I have tried several versions and I get the same result, the upload window hangs anywhere between 55 and 85%, and then unit reboots. The crashdump indicates something about malloc failed due to out of memory. I checked and it appears to have 25% available ram and well more then enough flash. The device has 32m total ram.

I think you may have to upgrade to at least 64MB ram.
