Cisco 1841 Router with SSL VPN setup

I have a 1841 router and would like to configure SSL VPN on it. After doing research I figured I need to upgrade the memory for advance feature set with 12.4T IOS. However, I am not sure if that require special license from Cisco? Or anything else that I need to configure SSL vpn?
