Hi,

 

I am unable to establish VPN connection. Can someone please help me out.

 - Can have multiple causes ; the simplest being that the remote vpn-server  is not reachable from where you are. If it check it's (authenticating) logs , or ask remote administrator for help.

i was the one who faced the same issue on Windows 10 but i found this best solution hope it will also work for you 

  1. In the Windows Search bar, type Control and open Control Panel
  2.  Click Uninstall a program in the bottom left corner
  3. Click on the Cisco System VPN client and choose Repair.
  4. Follow the instructions until the installation is repaired.
