Cisco Anyconnect 4 in centos

Hi,

My anyconnect vpn client was recently updated to version 4. My operating system is centos 6.9.

After the update it does not work as expected and keep reconnecting when I access the internet from my machine. Anyconnect vpn client show its status as connected as long as I didnt access internet. I dont't think this is a platform or OS specific issue as a fresh copy of same OS work with same version of anyconnect client.

Please help me to troubleshoot here.

Thanks in advance.

I'm using AnyConnect 4.3.03086 on Ubuntu 16.04.02 without issue.  Could you perhaps try another V4 client?

Hi Philip,

Thanks for the quick reply. I have also tried by installing my OS in a different machine that works fine. Please see the attached error logs that can be seen in my machine.

Thanks

Although CentOS is not officially suported, there are some requirements listed to check on Linux systems:

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/vpn_client/anyconnect/anyconnect44/release/notes/b_Release_Notes_AnyConnect_4_4.html#ID-1454-0000039b

Does the user in both cases have superuser privileges?

Do the respective installation directories have the same ownership, read, write and execute privileges?
