Cisco AnyConnect, Client (IPv4): Not Available

Hello!
I installed cisco anyconnect secure mobility client 4.5 on windows 10 and it cannot connect to the VPN.

When I clicked on the “Connect” button, the client window simply disappeared. In the settings Client (IPv4) and Tunnel Mode (IPv4) are not available.

I also checked the adapter settings and found that the cisco anyconnect secure mobility client adapter showed the following error: network cable connection was disconnected

Could you please help solve this?

Hi,

 

    Uninstall the current version, reload the PC, delete AnyConnect possible remaining files from "Program Files" and "User" directory, install version 4.7 or 4.8, see if you have the same problem.
