Cisco AnyConnect Client Issue

I have one computer where AnyConnect all of a sudden has stopped working.  It connects through an ASA 5510.  I can use a different machine over the same connection with the same AnyConnect Client and connect fine.

On the machine that does not work anymore it connects, but then I am not able to see anything actually behind the firewall it seems.  I get an inital group of bytes received of 19847 and I receive 5 frames, but I do not see any Bytes or Frames Sent.  I do have Control Frames being Sent and Received.  I have tried to uninstall the client and reinstall it with no luck.  This is the only machine that seems to be having any VPN issues, so I am not sure what else I can do to troubleshoot.

Can you provide a specific error message or describe what you see on the client? what does the debug tell you? SSL or IKEv2 connection? Is the logon through the web-portal possible? Also a hint of the client OS, newly installed software or recent updates to this specific client might help.
