Cisco AnyConnect / HostScan does not recognize Norton AntiVirus 21.x

We use Cisco AnyConnect to VPN into a client's network. On our new computers (November 2013), we are using Norton AntiVirus 21.x, which does not seem to be on Cisco's approved list of antivirus software, though version 20.x is.

Any insight into how long until Symantec's Norton AntiVirus 21.x is on the approved list?

I am surprised we seem to be the first to run into this.

Cisco's HostScan cscan.exe is file version 3.1.3103.0 (Cisco AnyConnect Posture 3, 1, 03103).

I received a reply from our client today that they are responsible for updating the HostScan portion, and updates are in the queue.

I have received conflicting information, and it seems that Cisco will have to add Norton AntiVirus 21.x to their list because our client cannot change that.

You woudl need to upgrade your host scan to the latest code 3.1.04082.
