Hello everyone! I am trying to open VPN tunnel to my Cisco 1800 series using Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client. On router I setup EasyVPN server with shared key auth. Client even does not ask for shared key, group, etc. I just can see:

21.01.2016
10:39:08 Contacting  /...................../
10:39:14 Connection attempt has failed.
10:39:14 No valid certificates available for authentication.
10:39:14 Connection attempt has failed.

How to properly use Cisco AnyConnect Mobility Client with shared key auth?

Hi,

Please try to verify the config use the following DOC as an Example(i suppose you are using SSL):

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/routers/3800-series-integrated-services-routers/110608-ssl-ios-00.html

If possible please share your configuration.

Note : AnyConnect Uses SSL and IKEv2 as Client VPN protocol, these doesn't have pre-shared authentication.
