Cisco Anyconnect VPN Client + Cardiology Images

Has anyone setup a cisco anyconnect vpn profile for remote viewing of cardiology images?  I am migrating from a Juniper SSL VPN.  The application in question runs great on the Juniper, but on the Cisco profile when you load a moving image it takes ~30 to download the image.  Same image on the same machine and same internet connectivity but with Juniper loads right awa.

We are using Cisco ASA and using Agfa PACS system over SSL VPN not anyconnect. Speed depends on the user home connection but it works flawless over Cisco SSL. Also the biggest CT takes max 10 Min to download all the images.
