Cisco ASA Authentication Issue

I an using Cisco VPN Dialler 5.0.07.0440 to try and connect to a Cisco ASA. Some months ago it stopped working. I am being presented with the username and password dialog box. The Device is managed by our WAN provider and he advises that authentication with our AD Controller is failing. The AD controller in all other respects is  operating normally. My WAN provider has been unable to resolve the issue.

I am looking for suggestions as to where we might look to try and resolve this issue

not sure which OS your VPN Dialer is installed on, but, according to Cisco:

It is recommended that users upgrade to next-generation Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client v4.x which supports 64-bit (x64) Windows and Windows 10.

Cisco VPN Client v5.x only supports 32-bit Windows systems.
