Hi guys, I recently set up the Cisco EasyVPN server on an 891 router and have been testing it with my iphone. It works quickly and flawlessly on my iphone - as soon as i turn the VPN setting on it asks me for my user name and password then instantly connects when I punch it in. I can access resources on my private LAN and everything.
I installed Cisco VPN Client on a windows XP laptop to test it from there and I can't even connect!
It tries for a while and then I get a message that says "Secure VPN Connection terminated locally by the Client. Reason 412: The remote peer is no longer responding."
Any ideas why my iphone would connect with zero issues but I can't get it to work from a PC? I've never used the Cisco VPN Client before but it seems straightforward enough. Help!!
