Cisco ISM-VPN-39 HSEC LIcense

Our company purchased ISM-VPN-39 modules
According to the configurator, they must be with the HSEC-k9 license
Put the module ISM-VPN-39 in the router
The HSEC-K9 license was not picked up

 How is the HSECK9 license delivered?
We received only the box with the module

You should have received a PAK with the order. I'm not sure if those are paper delivery (usually comes in a white cardboard envelope) or eDelivery. If you didn't get one or it was misplaced, you can call Cisco and reference the sales order number to get it re-issued to you.

The PAK must to be redeemed on the software.cisco.com portal (traditional licensing section) for a license file. After installing the license file on the routers the feature will show as licensed.
