CISCO RVS4000 configuracion VPN para router zyxel P660

Buenos Dias,

He comprado un CISCO RVS4000 y necesito hacer VPN sobre mi router zyxel de telefonica, llevo varios dias liado con eso pero hay algo que se me escapa. Una vez configurado intento hacer ping desde el RVS4000 al Zyxel y no hace nada.
