This bug is a bit annoying especially when you are new in this, I have no problem with ISE posturing until this bug occur out of nowhere when I tried to plug my wired LAN again. Here's the link about the bug: https://bst.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCvj94121?rfs=qvred
I solve it by:
1. disconnect my Wifi
2. connect my wired LAN again to my laptop
3. waiting for the ISE to posture ----> it succeded
4. connect to my wifi again
5. testing it by accessing other devices or GUI in my environment and it works.
I didn't follow the workaround from the link because it only happenned in my laptop.
Hope that help.
