Cisco Secure Client authentication timeout issue

Hello all,

I am running Cisco Secure Client (Anyconnect version 5.1.8.105).

I have it set up to connect to the VPN before logging into my windows machine. Doing so prompts for authentication. However, after 30-40 seconds this dialog box disappears. I'm then left with just the VPN connect screen, I can click connect but nothing happens. The only way I have been able to get it to reprompt for authentication is to reset the machine.

Authenticating successfully connects with no issues. The main problem we are having is some users are missing the authentication prompt screen, and as a result are unable to connect to the VPN without restarting their machine.

My question is, is there a way to reprompt for auth without having to restart the machine?
