Cisco VPN concentrator 3020 hang up issue

hello everybody :

My VPN concentrator 3020 always hang up without any error log after i use webvpn function at this device. Maybe it often happen one time a week . and i already upgrade to the last software version 4.7.2 . I check the event log and no any error i can found before hang up . i just can found many event repeat occur as like as following :

2670 03/17/2008 14:50:58.990 SEV=4 HTTP/37 RPT=667

Closing socket 6 for invalid connection 0x9B10B44.

Any one can help me or tell me how i can troublshoot this issue ?

Hi.

I am experiencing the same problem in a cvpn 3060 only with webvpn service running. The concentrator suddenly hung up 2 days ago. Now, in the event log it keeps appearing this error.

I have version 4.7.2L installed.

Any ideas how to solve this problem?

Hi.

I've searched bug toolkit and found "CSCsl27954 Bug Details". I upgraded the cvpn to version 4.7.2.P but this type of error

"11786 09/25/2008 16:12:41.510 SEV=4 HTTP/37 RPT=223 Closing socket 6 for invalid connection 0xDA204A4"

keeps appearing.

any ideas?
