clientless WebVPN bookmarks - open in new tab?

Within a clientless WebVPN homepage, is there a way to open a listed link/bookmark in a new tab?  When I try to do it with the browser (right click.. Open in New Tab) it simply opens the site in the current tab.

this might not be relevant to you anymore but I will post regardless.

I have an ASA running on 9.8.x and on the webportal there is a small icon next to your bookmark which opens the link in a new tab.
