What I am looking for is how do I configure the 2BRI's to function, setting up the clocking, the async interfaces on this 3845. I need assistance in writing this configuration.

Sanjay - Your requirement is still not clear, do you have a 3800 with Digital modems (MICA) and want async call to then over the 2 BRI interfaces? Is the BRI on a WIC or NM module?

Digital modem calls over WIC BRI is not supported. We will need a BRI NM (Network Module) card to support digital modems.

A sample configuration for the same (note this is on the 3600 platform but will remain the same)
