I have a problem with site to site VPN ipsec tunnel console I get the message on what you can do about that?

Disable fast switching on both ends on all interfaces - "no ip route-cache"

On both devices @ both ends.  Then write to memory and if it still persists try a reload.

Other than that - check the version of code against the platform for bugs on the Cisco Bug track.

That depends on the version of code and the platform.  If you are saying that your version is the default setting - cool.

Now you need to check the bug tack.
