Dell Equallogic SAN replication over VPN

I am trying to setup iSCSI SAN replication for a Dell Equallogic across a Cisco ASA VPN.

I have a VPN connection established. When the SAN starts replication the ASA is flooded with TCP SYN packets and drops the packets.

are you using NAT in conjunction with your VPN?

No. No NAT with the VPN.

Problem resolved. Their was a static route in one of the ASA's that conflicted with the subnets at both sides of the tunnel.
