ASA (regardless of model) can support Andorid VPN.

- Native L2TP over IPsec client.

- (Some versions) Native IPsec xauth client.

- Anyconnect SSLVPN with Android (depending on manufacturer or from rooted device).

Thanks you for your very important link, but I mention that I was follow the instruction in android it work find, but I could not connect it with vpn client on my windows. So, do you have any comment to solve on this?

To begin with, I think you should open a new case since this one was opened for another reason.

Now, if you turn on debugs on the ASA, what do you see?

The transform-set may be wrong, make sure you have one in tunnel mode, so the Cisco VPN client uses it to establish the connection.
