EIGRP neighborship is bouncing most of the time every day

Hi Everyone,

I need some help on my network.

The problem I am having is that the EIGRP Neighborship between Router A and Router B is Bouncing.

The Setup is something like this:

>> Router A ------ Internet Router A ---------Internet Router B---------Router B

>> Router A built a tunnel to Router B.

Yes the tracking is what I have placed for the connection of Router B one for the tunnel end and one for the public IP end
