Error 28007

Guys,

I have Cisco VPN client version 5.0.05.0290. When a user (not having admin rights) tries to launch the shortcut for the first time, the cisco vpn tries to repair itself and pops-up an error "Error 28007: The Ppptool application is running. Please terminate all Cisco Systems VPN Client application and restart uninstall". The user is not trying to uninstall the package. What's the solution for this?

Please help me with this.

Guys,

Finally, i was able to solve the issue, by a lot a testing. The problem was with a HKLM\Cisco registry.I gave the permission to the Users to this registry and it solved the error. This was a first of its kind of problem. But, i am glad that i was able to solve the problem.

I am posting it here so that it can help other guys.
