failover licenses

                   Hi everyone,

We supplied ASA5510-SSL250-k9 of 2 qty to our partner.

ASA5510-SSL250-K9

ASA 5510 VPN Edition w/ 250 SSL User License, 3DES/AES

The end customer is now claiming that the boxes do not have failover licenses in them.

what is these failover licenses?

how can we get or donwload it?

Hi Sam,

Please find more information about the Failover license below:

Failover Licenses (8.3(1) and Later)

It looks like you got a license for VPN + 250 SSL users, but this is not a SEC PLUS license.

This is the license you received:

250 Premium VPN users

Cisco ASA 5510 SSL/IPsec VPN Edition for 250 concurrent SSL/DTLS/IPsec IKEv2 VPN users (AnyConnect Premium - SSL VPN Edition)
