firewall policy mismatch

I have a 1200 user deployment and there are a few users that get the error "FW security vpn connection terminated by peer 435/firewall policy mismatch"....On the 3030 we have firewall required and we push the policy CPP. What is it on the client pc that would cause this error?,, I cant seen to pin point the issue that would cause this error.

Since you are pushing down a firewall policy from the Concentrator turn off the built in firewall on the VPN client.
