FMC Migration from one location to another

I am in planning to move FMC from one location to another. 

What kind of steps I need to follow to make this successful.

I have one FMC which is at location "A" and I would like to move same FMC to location "B".

I am not looking for migration from one FMC to another.

Is this Physical Move or VM ? IP address same or IP address changes ?

Its a physical move and IP address needs to be change.

In this case safe side i do as below :

1. Config backup done

2. de register FTD

3. change the IP of FMC

4. re-register FTD again.

One last question during this FMC move (from one location to another) will there be all data forwarding and anyconnect VPN along with LDAP authentication will work fine or not ?

@rcican moving the FMC will have no bearing on the communication through the FTD and the AnyConnect VPNs.

The FMC to FTD communication is for management purposes, during the move the FTD will not send logs to the FMC for a period.

FMC is Manangement, FTD should work as expected.
