I was made aware of a FN 64164 that affects a great many of our ISR4331s and have since tried to look this field notice up. This FN describes an issue that would occur at an undetermined time and cause the unit to no longer power up. It would appear that it is no longer applicable to the model when searched.
What does this mean? Was it investigated further and found not to be an issue? Is it no longer advisable to issue a proactive RMA on these affected power supplies?
