We have anyconnect running on our end devices for VPN access.
Previously we are able to use EPO/HBSS to deliver updates to those endpoints which, prior to a week ago, were all laptops.
Now we have a mix of loaned laptops and desktops out there.
The admin is able to push manual updates to laptops that connect to the remote VPN connection from us with no issues. The scheduled updates run with no problems.
The laptops that connect to our local VPN will accept manually deployed updates and scheduled updates; However, the desktops will not accept manually generated updates. Each attempt ends in failure.
Scheduled updates, based on my last conversation with the HBSS Admin, do work for those same desktops.
I was provided a list of ports to apply so that connectivity could be achieved.
Has anyone out there run into a similar issue?
