Help setting up remote access (3725) and NM-1CE1T1-PRI

I have a Cisco 3725 and a NM-1CE1T1-PRI card. I need help configuring this card. Does anyone have a sample config?

Do you intend to terminate ISDN calls or modem calls on the c3725?
