How do I wipe out the config of a 3002 VPN Hardware Client

We have many 3002's that we are retiring and want to clear the config, how can this be done, the reset etc, does not do it.

You can find these files under:

Administration | File Management

then you can specify the file you want to delete.

I'm able to delete the files, but when I reboot the config is still there

After deleting the files, did you hit 'save' on the 3002 before the reboot?
