How to obtain AnyConnect udid from Windows

Hi there! I need to obtain AnyConnect udid from Windows locally. Which algorithm the AnyConnect uses for this?

Yes, know it. I need to find out the algorithm obtaining an udid. For example, for MacOS it is SHA256 of PlatformUUID. But on Windows I got problems with repeating a value which AnyConnect usually generates.
