In order to RDP from one Win10 PC to another, do I need anything OTHER than AnyConnect?

I'm a relative VPN newbie, setting up a new RV160W router w/ Anyconnect, to allow secured VPN-RDP while roaming, from mobile laptops to Win10Pro boxes on the destination network.

I know that some packages (GreenBow, for example) will handle most of the connection and in theory they will work w/ the RV160.  But I'm inclined to use AnyConnect for longer term support and general trustworthiness. 

What I don't fully understand is whether AnyConnect is... well, *enough*.  Is that all I need?

RV160W support anyconnect you yes from your laptop win 10 running with anyconnect you can connect to your RV160W and access the internal resources which you have define to access in the router configuration.
