few days ago our main ISP line went down for couple days and during that time we had to restart our ASA 5510 firewall after saving the configurations. after the ISP line came back up and running our remote SSL phones started working again except one issue with one phone.
this phone drops the VPN connection every few hours giving the error Message "VPN Authentication failed" when the user hits the retry button on the phone, the phone connects and registers successfully.
can someone help fixing this issue? few of the troubleshooting steps I have done were, I factory reset the phone and configured it again. I connected the phone to a different external network other that the user's internet. I configured another 7942 phone for the same user yet the issue persists.
any advice?
