I have an IPsec VPN with the customer and it drops after exactly one hour.

Change vpn-idle-timeout to none on group-policy.

i faced same problem. My ideal time out is 1 hr but my VPN session is dropeed after 5 to 10 minutes. And this is randomly. Some users have no issue and some of them faces this connectivity issue with VPN.
When session terminates, it pop up nothing most of the time but some time the error window pop up which indicates error 412.
Do anyone has any suggestion?

Hello,
I recommend both of you take the config file from your side and the remote site and match all parameter.
This is probably some parameter mismatch, considering the timeout is ok.

Hi,
As I said, considering time out has validated as not the root cause, I recommend to go trhough both firewall configuration and confirm all parameter. This is probably some parameter mismatch.
