Is Easy VPN server no longer supported in 4000 series router?

I know that the support of VPN client has been ended since 2014. 

But I'm not able to find any official document that describes the end of life of the Easy VPN server. 

I had been able to implement Easy VPN server in 4000 series router a year ago. 

But after upgrading IOS version to isr4200-universalk9_ias.17.02.01r.SPA.bin, some critical command for Easy vpn server is missing. 

Could you help me with finding an end-of-life announcement?

The replacement/recommendation would be to use FlexVPN, which provides similar features.
