Dear All,

Please find attachment.

I have 2 location connected to via Lease Line and backup via isdn.

When I test isdn line it works fine , but when I give show isdn status bri0 on location 2, it shows me only channel BRI0:1 and not BRI0:2.

So what should I do to know weather my BRI0:2 is wroking or not.

I believe that the symptoms that you describe may be caused by this line in the configuration:

isdn tei-negotiation first-call

when this is configured layer 2 is activated and TEI is negotiated when a call is made rather than at power-up. I believe what you are talking about indicates that only the first channel has actively made a call. If the second channel made a call I believe that it would show up.

I believe the fact that only one channel shows up at this time is not an indication that there is any problem with the second channel.
